Payment Confirmation: After a successful transaction, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please retain this for your records.
Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Order Cancellation: Once an order or registration is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled by the customer.

Delivery Scope: Shipping is available across India. Orders outside India are not accepted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Dispatch Time: Orders for medical equipment are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days from the date of payment confirmation, subject to availability.
